Small Effort,
Big Change.

We are trying to listen to the quietest hearts — will you listen with us?

About background

Project Shravya

Disability should not only be seen with empathy, but with inclusion.

Feeling for someone is important, but standing with them and creating change is what truly matters.

We are students of Ahmedabad University, working under the guidance of Professor Shilpa Pandit. For us, this is not just a university project — it is a chance to step into the real world, understand the lives of people with hearing impairments, and use our knowledge to support communities across Gujarat.

Our Vision

Equal Hearing, Equal Opportunity

Our Mission

Spread Awareness, Screen Early, Build Inclusion

What We're Building

A Resource Directory

Website

A space that documents everything we do and, more importantly, helps families of hearing-impaired children find the proper support.

Here, they can easily access information about clinics, hospitals, schools, NGOs, and government schemes available across Gujarat.

Stories from the Ground

Blogs

Stories from the ground. Real experiences, learnings, challenges, and moments that shaped our journey — written in a way that anyone can understand and relate to.

where real impact begins

Campaigns

We organize hearing awareness camps at pediatric hospitals to help parents better understand their child's hearing health. Our goal is to educate them about the importance of early care and detection.

Additionally, we offer Newborn Hearing Screening (OAE test) at a minimal cost. Through these initiatives, we aim to promote timely intervention and support the healthy development of every child.

Support the Cause

Even A Small Contribution Can Make A Meaningful Difference.

Affordability is an integral part of this project. Many schools and NGOs that work for the hearing-impaired need continuous support.

We request you connect directly with the schools and NGOs featured on our website and help them meet their needs — whether through financial support, essential resources, or sponsoring a child's education and care.

Even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference in a child's ability to learn, communicate, and live with dignity.
